Terms and Conditions of the International Federation for Economic Development (IFED)
Preamble
The International Federation for Economic Development (hereinafter referred to as "IFED") is committed to fostering global economic growth, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, and facilitating strategic partnerships with governments, institutions, and stakeholders. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of IFED’s services, platforms, and all engagements with IFED. By accessing IFED’s services, you, as a user or participant, agree to abide by the conditions outlined herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing any service provided by IFED, whether directly or through digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and apply to all users, including governments, private institutions, individuals, and other entities engaging with IFED.
Purpose of Engagement
The mission of IFED is to promote economic development through strategic investments, entrepreneurial support, digital innovation, and leadership programs. Users are expected to engage with IFED in alignment with these objectives. All services rendered by IFED shall be utilized for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable international and local laws.
Use of Services
Eligibility:
Users must meet eligibility criteria as stipulated by IFED, including but not limited to verification of credentials, adherence to the legal and regulatory framework of the country in which they operate, and compliance with IFED's guidelines.
Authorized Use:
All services, platforms, and content provided by IFED are to be used solely for the purposes of fostering economic development, entrepreneurship, and related activities. Unauthorized use or exploitation of IFED’s services or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Restrictions:
Users shall not use IFED’s services to engage in activities that may harm IFED’s reputation, violate any applicable laws, or infringe upon the rights of other users. Any attempts to manipulate, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with IFED’s platforms or operations will result in immediate termination of access.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Confidential Information:
All communications, data, and materials exchanged between IFED and users, whether in physical or electronic format, shall be treated as confidential unless expressly stated otherwise. Users are prohibited from disclosing any confidential information acquired through engagement with IFED to third parties without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property
Ownership:

Limited License:

In no event shall IFED be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or platforms. Users agree that their engagement with IFED is at their own risk.
Termination of Services
IFED reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Users who violate these Terms and Conditions may be subject to immediate suspension or permanent exclusion from IFED services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with international arbitration standards. The location and terms of arbitration shall be mutually agreed upon by IFED and the involved party as Zug, Switzerland.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
IFED reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to users through official channels. Continued use of IFED’s services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland, Zug, for the resolution of any disputes.
